			A woman is haunted by an incubus and Celeste needs to save her. Except the truth is somewhat other than she or anyone else really knows. But the universe does like to amuse itself and perhaps all will find what that means.

			The work is a short erotica hot flash with a fantasy-magic theme and a bit of an incubus erotic tone to some of the erotica. It’s quite well written, the characters are interesting, and the world building I think works well. It does feel like the story is in a rush however, trying to get to the erotic climax and the closing scenes however. That is a shame because perhaps a bit more time spent in seeking the why of the incubus rather than some of the choices made would have added a bit more flavour.

			The incubus of the work, who is never named, and that really bothered me quite a lot, is more a sexual being of pleasure and desire than anything else. Once they are able to speak, to tell their truths and those of others, it’s really quite a fascinating moment. How that unfolds and the needs laid bare, is really well done.

			Three out of five pitchforks.

			The work comes to a close with many threads left dangling and unfinished for the most part. Many questions are left to be wondered about, there are aspects of the story that really need another work to settle the characters in a more fulfilling way. But with the work no longer being available, that will never seem to be.
