			if there is one thing that Gremori enjoys in his existence, it’s a mystery. A mystery about the one who summoned him, the mystery of their desires, the question about why events are turning about them both. Most of all, what happens when the desires are unleashed and the truths held within are told?

			The work is a complex mystery adventure which mixes in some male/male erotic heat which simmers from the start and builds towards the climaxes throughout. Immense in scope, the world building is amazing both in the characters, who and what they are, and the story itself. It’s a bit self-analytic at times for Gremori, the incubus of the work. He contemplates others through a lens of his own nature which sometimes takes the story away from the main plot to seek out an erotic encounter, but eventually there is a point to such moments and it plays out well.

			Gremori is not stereotypical by any means. The descriptions of himself, and his world before being summoned, strike that point home in a way that makes it clear what his purpose as an incubus is. While he is sex incarnate, and almost every moment of his thoughts teases some sort of erotic idea, he’s also very practical and his need to bring out the truth in a mystery is very telling about him.

			While the erotica has heat and fits the characters well, the over arching story of mystery and discovery for the main character carried my attention throughout. It’s that development from the beginning to the end that makes this more a detective story mystery than erotica alone.

			The work is delightful in the world building, the characters and the mythos are especially well considered. There’s a clear indication that this is the beginning of a series and I wonder about that. Not so much Gremori, but rather the succubus he teases about.

			Three and a half out of five pitchforks.

			If there would be one thing I would like it would be to explore Gremori’s otherworld home and tell some stories there. Perhaps that will happen, perhaps not. It’s still a well told work of incubus erotica that I rather enjoyed.

For a price (sex plus expenses—the former because hello incubus, a sex demon's gotta feed a lot; the latter because I arrive in your world without pockets in my glorious birthday suit) he'll solve any of your problems. He's the only incubus detective/problem solver in the city, but if you want to fight the supernatural with some kinda pay-by-the-hour mortal detective you go right ahead.

Summoned to the squalid side of town, Grem is faced with the skinny, awkward, shy, and practically virginal, Edmond Halls. (Just a sex demon's perfect type. Or at least this sex demon's. Grem is a little more perverse than some of his kin...) Not only is he ready for an incubus makeover (step aside queer eye, I work from the naked up to filthy kinky) but he's one of those beautifully pure mortal souls that asks favours for others. He wants Grem to save the dark king...but that's easier said than done, especially when a dragon is part of the picture.

Can Grem save the straight guy in distress and turn Edmond from wallflower to sexually adventurous in only a handful of days? (Spoiler: Any incubus worth his salt can amp up the sex drive in under sixty seconds. One point to Gremori.)
