			Ms. Ekhinos is delighted that her son has a girlfriend and while she’s nervous about them visiting her boarding house of monster girls, she’ll hope for the best. What she didn’t expect was that Selena turns out to be a vampire and she knows about Ms. Ekhinos and the monster girls too. Where that takes them all is anyone’s guess.

			Continuing on a short time after the prior work, this part of the series focuses on Ms. Ekhinos, her son, and his new girlfriend while putting most of the monster girls into the background. Some do appear in passing, such as Vixen, the succubus of the series, but they really aren’t part of the story save for being drawn into a small interlude of their meeting Ms. Ekhinos’ son.

			The erotica is mainly focused on Ms. Ekhinos and Selena, which brings a bit of a vampire theme and another passing moment with Ms. Ekhinos being very dominant with a bit of a BDSM theme mixed in. I thought that worked well overall, though Selena seemed wrapped up in what she did to Ms. Ekhinos. The heat is a bit lukewarm, perhaps in how drawn out the scene was and the aftermath.

			Vixen’s appearance is more for the sake of some teasing commentary and observations. It’s not a lot more than that and it’s very fleeting at that. It has been some time since she’s been seen in her human form however, which was nice to see again. Still, Vixen doesn’t become involved deeply here, which really wasn’t a surprise.

			Two and a half out of five pitchforks.

			Vixen barely appears in this work, mainly to make a comment and then she’s out of the story. It’s something of a pause overall, though it does allow for a bit more development of Ms. Ekhinos and revealing more about her past. As such, this isn’t a succubus story, but there is some plot and development that adds to the series overall and where that takes things I hope will be interesting.
