Vindictus (마비노기 영웅전, Mabinogi Heroes) is a hack and slash MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) created by devCAT, an internal studio of Korean free-to-play game publisher Nexon. Vindictus is a prequel to the popular MMORPG Mabinogi and is known as Mabinogi Heroes in South Korea.
Vindictus takes place in the same setting used in Mabinogi, but is placed chronologically several hundred years prior to the first game during a period of war and strife. Nexon America, Nexon's North American division, announced the new name on March 12, 2010 at the Game Developers' Conference in San Francisco.[1]
Vindictus follows Nexon's traditional free-to-play]model. The game itself is free to download and play and charged no purchase price. The game contains a virtual item shop to purchase in-game items through Nexon points to enhance the player's character's appearance, abilities or to revive a player.
In this game, one solo adventure has a Succubus appear in it.

Tips and Tricks
At the very beginning, before first door, there will be a 4x4 square area on the wall, to the left of the door to go through. That shows the passcode to get you through the barred trapped room without extra monsters spawning. Once you push the correct squares (in any order), then will change color, and then the bars will raise.
Notes
This battle is NOT given by Shayla. It is an allowable fight, by some unknown means; possibly just starting chapter 8. Officially, the quest relating to it, is A Naughty Woman. which is indeed given by Shayla, and unlocks after completing Chapter 8 part 1 (Inkells fight, The Central Garden)

Additional Information
Battle Tips and Advice
- A Succubus can be "stripped" in a similar manner to Break Offs. Hitting her mask, chest, and her left leg with Spears or Smashes will cause her armor to fall off. However, other than "eying" a half-naked woman, there is no real benefit. When Succubus's armor is destroyed, she seems to stun you.

- A Succubus is a demon who seduces male humans into their lust, only to have their soul absorbed.
- Trivia: Interestingly, the Succubus resembles the player character Evie.
