La Dulcis Succubus, translated into English as Succubus Douce, is a beer produced by the Le Trou de Diable brewery of Shawinigan, Quebec Canada.

Description

Six months fermenting in oak casks of California white wine botrytised, gives this beer a complex nose that has the aroma of flower honey, vanilla, apricot and leather tempered by the addition of wild yeasts. Full and generous taste, and a bittersweet backdrop of American hops.

Promotion

The beer is promoted as being a succubus is a demon in the lovely appearance of a woman who seduces and damns men in their dreams. She is both feared and desired ... You have been warned: once you've tasted it, you will ask for more for eternity.
