The work is a very short, what I call a pamphlet, erotic hot flash with a bit of a story around the edges once more, but it’s mostly focused on the main character having her way with an unexpecting man once again. It’s light on story and mostly is about the sex scene. That scene once more is very much over the top, but Lilith’s personality makes it fun.

Lilith, the succubus of the work, continues to be very much a seductress and schemer who delights in her powers as a succubus and all of the terribly naughty things she can do. But with that said, she’s something more of a dominatrix than a succubus here, and while it sort of works, it doesn’t allow her nature as a succubus to really come out.

Two and a half out of five pitchforks.

Very short and overall the story feels like things are becoming a little too repetitive. With all that isn’t told about Lilith, it’s a shame that the story doesn’t give her personality and character more time to be fleshed out. One more work in the series to go, we’ll see what happens when Lilith’s vacation is over and she has to pay the bill.

Plot Summary

Lilith, a succubus, is still on the run from Hell. She's in Key West and is looking for another bite to eat before continuing on her journey. What she finds is a tasty and musclebound corrupt cop. He becomes her plaything for the remainder of the morning. Her husband, Abaddon, is hot on her heels, though. She's got no time to waste. The hellhounds are baying right on her heels when she makes her escape.

Book Review

The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on July 9, 2019

Lilith arrives in Key West and it isn’t long before she encounters a cop with an attitude needing adjustment and Lilith will be the one to straighten them out. One way or the other.

The work is a very short, what I call a pamphlet, erotic hot flash with a bit of a story around the edges once more, but it’s mostly focused on the main character having her way with an unexpecting man once again. It’s a bit of a repeat of what has happened before in the series with a different character. But overall it’s Lilith being dominant and having her way with them before having to run away once again.
