Plot Summary
Vince James hasn't heard much from his brother, J.J., since Vince’s aborted wedding to the vapid and scheming Meredith. Then again, both brothers are busy with traveling and business. J.J. invites Vince and Damien to Berlin, Germany, for a music festival featuring J.J.’s childhood friend. Damien, as always, is eager for a shot at adventure in a new country and Vince accepts immediately.
Vince is excited to reconnect with J.J., his sister-in-law Renée, and J.J.’s friend, Ralph. Ralph's beautiful and mysterious new girlfriend, Helena, is not an easy woman to like. Renée, in particular, appears to despise Helena intensely. At the festival, Vince runs into Helena, who proves to be much more than she’d previously let on.
When Ralph's drummer dies violently, his throat torn open by an unknown beast, it’s Vince’s turn to convince Damien that demons lurk nearby and that they are all in danger.
