Plot Summary
Monster Pounders: Monsters Hunted, Pounded, Removed.
Do you have problems with irritating monsters living near you? Pixie nests? Gnome infestations? Even more exotic pests? Call Monster Pounders today!
The Monster Pounders, Logan, Wes, and Harold, are back in the field again! This time they’re after a were-suc, a person who becomes a succubus at night to prey on the sexual energies of young men. The client pays well, and after the case it’s time for some rest at a nice hotel, but Harold can’t seem to get enough sleep. He keeps getting disturbed by increasingly sexual dreams that last the entire night, and that men’s swim club hanging out by the pool is starting to look decidedly…tasty.
Book Review

If there is something that Harold and his friends are discovering, it’s that Harold seems to be a bit unlucky when it comes to dealing with monsters. An encounter with a succubus leads to Harold being transformed into one and then the real problems, or pleasures, start.
Following on from the prior work in the series, the group seeks out a succubus, traps her and then thinks all is well. Except it isn’t as Harold was bitten by the succubus and is gender transformed into being one. What follows is a very hot, very sexy, change in his, now her. personality along with all of the powers and needs of a succubus.
Well written, the transformed Harold as a succubus is very much one. A temptress, a tease, and her hunger drives some very hot erotica that I quite enjoyed. The new succubus isn’t evil, she’s hungry, and that adds a telling edge to the story that works really well. It’s just a lot of fun, very much a story about a succubus the moment after the transformation and I adored the story very much.
It’s a shame the story ended in a way that suggested the transformed Harold would be somewhat lost to her new succubus nature. It’s more the shame that the series just dropped this entirely and moved onto something else in the next work. It would have been so much more interesting for this to be a two-part story, of the new succubus on the prowl and seeking her next feed. The battle between the old and the new and how her friends would get him back to normal. It’s a lot of story that really should have been told and it was just cast away.
Four out of five pitchforks.
While focused on the gender transformation, the succubus theme, the storyline, the character shifts, it all creates a really telling and captivating story. I dearly wish there had been more, there could have been, and I really wonder why there wasn’t,
