Plot Summary
Sophie, Kain, and Alexi are working undercover, hoping to catch Count Casimir D’Argyle, the last Ke’let demon, before he hurts anyone else. Pretending to be human is not easy, and Sophie does her best to hide her cambion aura and trick the Count into believing she is his puppet. But he is truly handsome and charming, and Sophie soon finds herself entranced by his unique magic. The case gets more complicated by the second, and Kain and Alexi know they have to work together to come up with solutions to the unexpected challenges thrown their way.
