Gina Varela is an New Zealand actress. She has had several main and supporting roles in both film and television internationally from the age of fourteen. Her first major role was in the Xena: Warrior Princess television series in 200, and since that time has been involved with various fantasy/horror productions.

She has played the role of a demon with succubus-like powers in the 2011 New Zealand film The Devil's Rock.
