This is a one-eighth scale PVC figurine of the character Melissa Seraphy from the Wagamama Capriccio eroge computer game, produced by the Good Smile Company in 2006. It depicts this character in her normal attire as found in the game.
While it is possible that she is a Succubus or a Devil Girl of some kind from her wings and outfit, there is little information available about this game and this cannot be confirmed.
