Plot Summary

Karma has fought her way through the realization that she is a succubus or at least part succubus and has untold power within her. She finds herself the object of contempt by a group called “The Cast’. She has had several skirmishes with them, but now they have called in ‘They’ to get her and they know about her best friend Katie and are willing to use her against her. She gets to Katie before they do, but end up fighting along side a vampire to get out alive.

They are taken to a commune with others of her kind including her guardian angel Phoenix, a fellow succubus. She has taken it upon herself to keep Karma safe, but how safe are they really when a traitor lurks among them? They find out who the traitor is and take action to stop the attack that is inevitable or is it?

Excerpt: "...I could see the witches now standing around Phoenix and they were chanting. The words they were saying were foreign to my ears, but seemed to be having an effect on the creature that flew in wide arcs over the camp. It grabbed onto its head in pain and slowly dropped down, until it landed on the ground in front of the rest of them... "
