Plot Summary

The Manor has secrets not even all the residents know about, one of these is the council. This is a group of all the most powerful supernatural beings in residence and one human representative. Lucy only ever calls them together when there is something important to discuss.

Lucy usually recreates the protections on The Manor once every fifty years and they are not due for another four, but she wants everything at optimum after the revelations of dark magic that Drage and Oli discovered in Manchester. With no time to prepare as she usually would, she needs the council's help to track down everything she needs, which happens to include a magical virgin.
