Origins
Also called a Succuba, it is the female counterpart of the Incubus. Although many similar creatures exist in legend, the most valued accounts come from Medieval Europe. In particular are references from the Malleus Maleficarum.
Appearance
As with the Incubus and numerous other seducing spirits, the Succubus has a beauty that can only be adequately described as preternatural. However, they, like their male counterparts, are sometimes shapeshifters; as such, any specific details of appearance would be nearly impossible to provide. Some look human or humanoid, while others maintain their demonic visage, and still others prefer a sexy mix of the two.
Behavior
A succubus is always on the lookout for male prey, though each has her own approach. Some are direct, mounting men wherever they find them, while others interact with males in gregarious settings, like parties or brothels, to feel out who they are most attracted to; the latter make good use of their ability to appear like an attractive humanoid. Some even avoid human contact altogether unless they need to feed. Though a trait every Succubus typically shares is a manipulative nature, a persistence in getting what they want, and with it, a disdain for other females (even sometimes other Succubi).
Abilities
Just as her male counterpart the Incubus, a Succubus, is naturally charming and attractive. They are gifted in the art of temptation and seduction. They naturally sense what a man sees as beauty and charisma, and change themselves physically to match it exactly. And then, as they lay with their unsuspecting victim, the Succubus is revitalized by draining their partner of their sexual energy (libido), while the victim gets weaker and weaker, and perhaps even dies. Though it is not uncommon that, when they aren't hungry, they simply pleasure their partner while they still sleep, and leaving before he even wakes up; the partner has no idea that the ravishing seductress is any more than a dream.
