Plot Summary
Shortly after her eighteenth birthday Megan learns she is a Succubus. A sorceress who summons spirits of lust and drains their energy to fuel her own powers. Each Succubus embodies and promotes the spread of a specific type of desire. Her initiation and awakening is going to involve Sir Benjamin Bunbury, the stuffed rabbit she's slept with all her life. When Megan summons him though he transforms from stuffed toy to tall, lean, muscular furry hunk. In order to awaken her abilities, and before she can send him back, Megan must drain him of his lustful energies, and there's only one way to do that. Hint: It doesn't involve potions or spells.

Megan is told by her aunt Samantha, who isn’t quite her aunt, that she is a Succubus and she needs to deal with it. A certain stuffed plushie rabbit, a little succubus magic, and the need within her turns the experience into something that Megan isn’t likely to forget.
As a whole, this is a cute, funny work of erotica that doesn’t take itself very seriously, There’s a feeling throughout the story that the characters are winking at the reader, teasing them with what happens in the story. There’s just this lovely bit of mischievousness that runs throughout the work, holds things together, and in doing so makes this work quite the unexpected read.
Megan and Samantha are called Succubi, but they aren’t what one might expect them to be. It’s never really clearly explained why they are called Succubi exactly, though the need they both have for sex, almost constantly, seems to be the biggest indication of why things are as they are. I feel like it is more apt to call them sexual witches more than anything else because their powers seem to be set towards that and not really towards something more Succubus-like.
That’s not a bad thing, really it leaves some interesting paths for the story to take, but while the erotica’s path is taken, almost from the beginning, nothing else really is. There’s not a lot of time spent explaining things, how it is that Megan accepts things so quickly and why she does. The focus is on Megan’s summoning and what happens after that, for that led to the erotica itself.
With the balance of the work being focused on the erotica as much as it is, there’s a real lack of story and it is a shame because I wanted more of the story than there is. It was interesting, if passed over quickly and I wish it wasn’t. As well, there aren’t really Succubi in this work and calling characters Succubi doesn’t make them so.
One and a half out of five pitchforks.
A cute read, lots of humour and there’s just that little bit of silliness from Megan that made things work. But I wanted more story, a lot more… and some real Succubi, because these really aren’t.
