Plot Summary
The hero sacrificed herself to save me. What’s a sidekick do? I am going to do whatever it takes to get her back, that’s what. The only hiccup in that plan? I landed myself in a tad bit of trouble. Now I owe a favor to a rather sketchy Incubus. That ought to really get my overprotective mate’s hackles up. For the first time, I need to break out of my sidekick role and blaze a path. Once I get to Olezka, I’ll find a way to wriggle out of the deal with the Incubus. Then, I will stand tall and save my best friend... or die trying.
