Plot Summary

Oh come with me to the rolling seas and the adventures of Amethyst the privateer. Yes, that’s right, it’s time for me to regale you with a full-length flashback from more than three centuries ago, when I served as second mate on a privateer ship captained by the dashing, but sometimes impetuous, Jake Eagle.

There’ll also be plenty of action in the present day as my investigation into the mess left by that irritating incubus, Enverinor, exposes a clandestine network of nefarious spooks and their masters, whose existence really can’t be tolerated by a guardian succubus worth her salt of the seas she once sailed.
