Plot Summary

In the neon-lit shadows of modern-day New Orleans, a human man named Elias Cross, a quiet but emotionally scarred literature professor, finds himself entangled with a seductive and dangerous creature of legend: a succubus named Lilithyn, whose passion devours souls and whose heart has never known gentleness.

What starts as a one-night deal spirals into obsession, tenderness, and raw lust. As Elias refuses to surrender his soul, Lilithyn begins to unravel—not just from desire, but from something unfamiliar: affection. Their bond reshapes her instincts and awakens something lost to her centuries ago—a yearning to feel beyond flesh.

But as Lilithyn softens and Elias falls deeper, darker forces from the underworld rise to claim what belongs to them. Can a creature of hell ever truly learn love? Or is Elias just her next meal dressed in a lover’s face?
