Plot Summary

In the small town of Marilet, Isabelle lives a life devoted to the Goddess. Her love for the moon mother is unconditional, but her piety is… wavering. For so long, she has felt a shameful hunger within, a hunger not so easy to resist, no matter how much she prays for absolution. When a mysterious stranger follows her home, she’s thrust into a world ruled by darkness and temptation. Under the dominion of the enigmatic devil and the alluring incubus, urges are awakened that she desperately wishes to keep buried. As the twisted secrets of the Veil unfold, Isabelle discovers that the divine may be crueler than the damned, and that the love she’s yearned for might come from something other than salvation—surrender. When sin feels like liberation, how far will she fall?
