The prizes were to be a pair of tickets to the taping of this special on March 26th, 2012 and a limited edition Lost Girl prize pack.

The special itself consisted of the host, Steve Cochrane, one of the show writers, asking questions of the cast that attended the special and also acting as a moderator for the show fans who were allowed to ask some questions of their own.

The special began with Steve Cochrane introducing himself, the audience, and making note that they were all on the set of the Dal Riata. Following this, he visited with several of the invited studio audience to ask their names and how they won their places in the audience. Following this, a segment was shown that was introduced as Lost Girl 101. In this segment, Anna Silk described the series as a whole with multiple scenes from the series as a backdrop. At the conclusion of the segment, Anna Silk was introduced and then answered questions from the host and one audience member.

After a commercial break, another short segment was shown called The Making of Lost Girl Stunts which featured an interview with Plato Fountidakis, the Stunt Co-Ordinator for the series, and a short interviews with Kristen Holden-Ried and Anna Silk about their experiences. After the segment, the host asked another audience member asked a question about what they thought of the series. This was followed by a short review of some scenes from the series with Kristen Holden-Ried, before he was introduced and then answered questions from the host and the audience.

Following another commercial break, a short segment on Lost Girl's Wardrobe was shown featuring an interview with Anna Silk, Ksenia Solo, and Anne Dixon, the Costume Designer for the series. As well, Jay Firestone, the Executive Producer was interviewed as well for the segment. Returning to the show proper, some scenes of Ksenia Solo were shown before she was introduced to the audience and joined Anna Silk, and Kristen Holden-Ried to answer questions from the host and the audience.

Another commercial followed and led into a segment about Set Design for the series with commentary from Jay Firestone, Anna Silk, Kristen Holden-Ried, and Ian Brock, the Production Designer for the series. The special then returned to the host interviewing Jay Firestone which then led into a short series of clips that featured Richard Howland, K.C. Collins and Paul Amos before the three were introduced together and answered the host's questions and several from the audience themselves.

Following the extended question and answer session with the three actors, there was a break for a commercial and then a short segment was shown that detailed some of the props the series used and short interviews with Jay Firestone and Kristen Holden-Ried. Returning again to the show itself, some scenes from the series with Zoie Palmer were shown before she was introduced and was interviewed by the host and asked questions from the audience. Another series of clips were shown with Zoie Palmer, Anna Silk and Kristen Holden-Ried and then the interviews continued with these three on stage.

After a final commercial, the entire cast that had been assembled for the special returned for some last comments and then joined in with a countdown to the airing of the season finale which began immediately afterwards.
