Plot Summary
A passion between strangers that’s too powerful to resist. Nara is on the run from demons and is troubled by the events of the past few days. She needs time alone to collect herself, so finds an empty park bench to do just that. Things were going as planned, until a friendly stranger shows up. Simon is a handsome man with a divine allure that draws Nara ever closer. Soon she finds herself spilling secrets and opening up to him. A park bench at night isn’t an ideal location for strangers to hook up. However, angelic lust cannot be ignored. Nara disregards the consequences and takes what she must have. Dillinger promised to protect Nara, but now he is risking her life as bait. The options are few and it’s come down to this. In order to catch a demon, he has to offer Nara as a sacrifice. It’s a gamble, he knows that, but one that could save a hundred lives while putting just one in danger. Dillinger is going to need all the help he can get. Agrat, the demon he’s been charged with, offers an allegiance that he can’t refuse. As the situation spirals out of control, the Detective struggles to keep on his feet.
