Plot Summary

Chloe is back in hell again for another exciting adventure, but this time she is not alone. She has four new companions with her and they are all on a mission from Lord Gurtham to save his wife, Lady Gertrude from the clutches of Lucifer, the demon lord of hell himself!

Unfortunately for them Lucifer is aware of their plans and uses his power and dominance to corrupt and enslave them all. Chloe struggles against his corrupting influence, but she already wears his demonic mark and he can dominate her through it and force her to obey his perverted commands.

Together they must try to break free from his evil influence, find Lady Gertrude and escape from hell, but can they even trust each other any more? Both their courage and loyalty is put to the test and not all of them can expect to come back unscarred, if they come back at all!

Chloe goes back to hell and it seems that she has impressed Lilith with what she can do. But the problem is that Lucifer knows as well. If Chloe isn’t careful, things might take a very bad turn for her and everyone with her too.

The work continues from the prior work in the series with Chloe dealing with her being a succubus, all those wanting her, or a piece of her, and the entangled world she finds herself in. It continues to be very much written in an over the top way, both in story and erotica, but more so many of the characters themselves. The world building continues to be interesting and some of the characters seem to be setting up something in the future for the series as well.

As for Chloe, she’s still a very overendowed succubus and at the same time she’s trying not to become just another succubus. There’s a bit of conflict in her that I still like, but then she becomes trapped in another over the top sexual encounter and just falls back to being something of a stereotypical hentai succubus and I still think she’s better than that.

Once again the work needs an editing pass to make the dialogue read better than it does. The story just has so little passion, the emotions are thin, and at times it seems to keep losing its way and I wish it didn’t.

Two and a half out of five pitchforks.

While some of the story had its moments, overall the story came to a pause and fathered the pieces before what feels like the climax of the story comes in the next part of the series. It’s still a bit of a struggle for me to read, perhaps it’s the anime and hentai feel to the series that’s bothering me, or it’s the really over the top tone of things. It’s hard to say, but we’ll see what happens next.
