Plot Summary

The Bible says that in the beginning, humanity began with Adam and Eve, but in truth, it began with Adam and Lilith, who found love in the arms of the angel Azazel.

Because Lilith refused her husband, he forced himself on her and left her broken and bleeding on the ground outside their hut. With very little strength she tries to make it to the place she knows her love would find her, but soon collapses. With help from one who one day would become a symbol for her strength, she makes it to the spot where she is found by her love and his brother, Lucifer. Rescuing her they take her away to the Red Sea to heal and where Lucifer gives her the knowledge she needs to become more than human.

She returns to Eden, where she becomes the powerful Lilith of lore and confronts Adam for what he did to her and makes her stand against him, then flies away to her palace at the Red Sea.

She meets and befriends the new woman, Eve, later becoming her sister and protector. Together, the two share experiences of great joy and tremendous loss.

As the angels of Heaven fall in love with the children of Earth, they find their love is forbidden, leading to the fall of the angels and the imprisonment of Azazel, who is bound somewhere within the Earth with the location known to only one angel.

For millennia, Lilith and Lucifer, whose great love for her he has kept to himself, continue to search for Azazel. As their lives move into the present day, a darkness from her past decides to erase humanity from the world and start anew with the one who was given to him first, Lilith. She, her children and army of fallen, are the only force strong enough to defeat Adam and his legion of demons and save humanity from annihilation.
