Before becoming an adult movie actress, she was a print and TV commercial model for Guess jeans. Azlea initially developed an interest in the adult film business following a chance encounter with porn actor Sean Michaels on a plane flight. She made her adult movie debut in early 1998, and appeared in over twenty movies in that year alone.
Azlea subsequently appeared in her first explicit hardcore picture at age 21 in April of 1998. She appeared in a large number of X-rated features for Vivid, VCA, Wicked, Elegant Angel, and Adam and Eve, and was nominated for several AVN Awards
