Plot Summary

A broke and overworked postgrad, about to be evicted from his apartment, travels reluctantly down to rustic Somerset. He's there to visit the ruined Victorian mansion belonging to a great-aunt whom everyone in the family never spoke of.

He was her only heir. He's expecting to tidy up paperwork, push a couple of sofas, and organize some paintings to sell. Thereafter, he can go back to London to find a new job, a new girlfriend, and a new landlord.

But when he arrives, he feels a strange sense of dread about the house. He doesn't know whether the source is the mold, the darkness, the silence, or the name "The Witch's Tit." Just when he's giggling to himself about the ludicrously overpriced so-called kitchen, he finds a strange door in the basement.

Crouched on thrones like evil queens are three beautiful, haughty, and crazily fertile succubi. And oh dear, doesn't he know what a succubus is? Isn't it human folklore that succubi lure you in with their feminine wiles and then use you till you die?

Cue a sexfest. This is a proudly explicit gothic erotic romance featuring dominant sexy succubi, relentless sexual need, breeding kink, and the adoration of a dominant woman.
