Plot Summary
It’s all in a day’s work for Samya, a fallen angel who disobeyed Heaven and ended up as a Watcher protecting the Earth from demon monster incursions, which was a pretty good gig until the hordes of Hell kidnapped her son, who’s half-angel, half-human, a Nephilim. What’s a girl like Samya going to do? Break the rules again and invade Hell-proper, that’s what! Aided by a harem of insatiable supernatural angels, she sets off on an adrenaline-fueled, high-octane journey to rescue her son. Bulging with breathtaking action, supernatural superpowers, and a super reverse harem, the battle between good and evil gets personal as Samya takes the fight to the enemy!
Book Review
The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on August 26, 2018
When everything goes to hell, that’s when Samya gets involved. It’s just a jon really, to deal with hell, but when her son is taken, that makes things personal.
The work is a modern fantasy adventure with tells an interesting story with interesting characters. It’s very fast paced, there’s little time for thing to settle before the next disaster or event comes into play and pushes the story and characters onwards.
There is a succubus which appears as a minor character as things unfold, but they are never named, are dearly stereotypical and evil overall. There’s nothing interesting about them and seem to be part of the story for the sake of the main characters having to deal with a succubus along the way to the climax of the story.
Three out of five pitchforks.
This is very much a work with a succubus as a minor, very stereotypical succubus that’s used for one scene and then the story continued. It’s a well written story and it is interesting, but it isn’t very much of a succubus one at best.
