Plot Summary
High atop the tallest spire of the Mage's Tower, the esteemed sorceress Ruby, accompanied by her diligent apprentices Sarah and Maria, dabble in the darkest magics and arcane lore to summon forth a formidable demon to bend to their will. But when the ritual takes an unexpected turn, they accidentally summon Lilith, the seductive and insatiable futanari succubus, the head secretary to the Demon Lord himself.
Unable to return to the underworld until a binding pact is sealed, Lilith strikes a deal with Ruby: she will impart forbidden knowledge in exchange for three things - souls, magical gems, and... a cat?
Eager to harness such unparalleled power, the deal is sealed, unaware of the true cost of their desires. As it turns out, Lilith, a creature of boundless carnal hunger, demands much more than mere trinkets and relics. The trio must now deal with Lilith's lustful demands and sensual challenges to fulfill their end of the bargain, or risk facing dire consequences.

Ruby dreams of power and she’s willing to do whatever it takes, including whatever needs to happen with her apprentices Sarah and Maria when it comes to summoning demons. A small mistake draws the succubus Lilith to appear and a deal needs to be made. But Lilith isn’t an ordinary demon, she’s a succubus and a futa at that. All three of the summoners will discover the appetites of Lilith and will play her tune to get what they desire, one way or the other.
The work is mainly focused on futa erotica with a succubus which mixes in some light mind control along with some really delightful humour and events which come together really well. The characters are a lot of fun, being really well fleshed out. The story has interesting twists and turns which add to the fun and delight.
As the erotica is mainly focused on the futa aspects of the succubus Lilith, it tends to have her be very controlling, there’s use of mind control along the way as well. It’s a bit too over the top with the futa aspects, which takes away some of the heat overall. That said, overall the story is captivating and fun, which just makes what happens wonderfully told.
Lilith, the succubus of the story, is a futa, with horns and tail and an overall somewhat stereotypical look to her. But personality wise she is just an amazing succubus character. She’s tempting, amused by the other characters and her deal making is quite unique and just so much fun to watch untold.
While the other characters are interesting, really it’s Lilith that acts as the glue to hold the story together. In doing so there’s a lot of world building and mythos created that honestly needs to be explored further for just how amazing all of that turns out to be.

Overall this is just a lot of fun, even though the futa erotica is really well over the top. If there was a follow on story, what I would really like to see is Lilith’s demon world, where she fits in and just how much power she really has. Not to mention what the cats have given her as a means to hold power over the other demons in her world. That idea alone gives me no end of delight and it would make for an amazing story to tell.
