Book Review

The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on March 24, 2019

What Maria thinks is real might turn out to be illusion instead. The truth appears, her future is changed and what might be next will change her forever.

The wark is an erotic mystery with a very strong futa theming. It’s complicated, a little lost here and there, and the main character is somewhat pulled towards the fate which awaits her. The futa erotica theme comes into play very quickly and there is some heat in it, but overall it’s a bit lacking. The point here is to set up the characters and plot of the series and it does so well however.

There is a very thin hint of this also becoming a succubus focused erotic story as well, but that is fleeting and more of a tease of what is to follow. That seems to be interesting and I hope that it turns out to be so.

Two and a half out of five pitchforks.

There are hints of the succubus aspects of this series to be seen, but really it is very much a futa story at this point. I hope that the next work will move onto the succubus aspects and delve into them more as the author has in other works with these themes.
