Plot Summary
The King of Oceans' friendly games requires the presence of the houses of Sileth Taesi. Lashien is a member of house Weldrid, against her will, but maybe an opportunity to escape Cione's gaze exists in a foreign country. If not for herself, then at least for her son. Raze used to be a master thief, yet after years in prison, she's no more than a memory to many. Merethyl possesses wealth, and a fine home underground, but her guild views her as an embarrassment.
