Siffilys is a Succubus NPC character created by Christopher Perkins who appeared in the The Lich Queen's Beloved adventure published in Dungeon magazine issue 100. As her role in this adventure was very limited, little character information or statistics were provided for her. The only note made of her situation or character was that she was one of two concubines, the other being Myzzri, that a nalfeshnee demon named Fekrex had possession of which the players can encounter, and depending on the situation, come to battle with. None of her physical characteristics were mentioned.

Character Information

Siffilys appears, along with her sister concubine Myzzri when the characters enter a chamber in the adventure where they find a large mirror which has been, and can be used, to trap both players and NPCs. Depending on the player’s actions, if they should damage the mirror and it breaks, all of the trapped beings inside will be released, including the succubi Siffilys and Myzzri and their owner.

Upon her release from the mirror, should that occur, she and her sister succubus will attempt to flee, but will battle the players if they are confronted. It is also possible they will attack a Astral Diva named Gethan that may be present with the players otherwise.

Following either her death at the hands of the players, or her escape, she is not seen again.

Statistics

As per the standard Succubus statistics found in the Monster Manual, page 47. She has 78 Hit Points.
