Plot Summary

A quaint, little city. A giant, ferocious beast. A job that may get her shredded.

Seriously, y’all, I just wanna go home. After my girlfriend and my former partner had to rescue me from an actual Prince of Hell, I have no desire for another “adventure.” But fate has other plans for me. Apparently, there’s a werewolf running amok in a small college town, and the local supernatural authorities aren’t up to dealing with it. Next thing I know, they’re offering me a hundred grand to take it out for them. And what can I say? A poor girl like me can’t turn down that kind of money. Plus, if I’m being honest, I’m too much of a bleeding heart to let innocent people get torn into tiny, bloody pieces. Funny thing, though: Taking on a supernatural killing machine when you have multiple concussions is really dumb. And now, I’m not the only one in danger. If I mess this up, the woman I love is dead.

Don’t go out tonight, y’all. There’s a bad moon on the rise….
