Plot Summary

Some have said the legend of the boogeyman is only a figment of one’s imagination. Some have said the boogeyman is real. However, many believe it is the culmination of both and that the boogeyman exists because we believe it does. For it has been said it is not what we see, but what we feel that is real. The following short stories are about people who have encountered the boogeyman.

Find out who or what is terrorizing the patrons at a local car wash. When a woman moves into the neighborhood her neighbors discover that she is not all that she appears. What happens when a young boy with a sweet disposition is heartbroken when his mother makes him wear a homemade Halloween costume to a party? Why does a teenage girl fall terribly ill and becomes hospitalized after purchasing hair extensions?

These are a few of the boogeyman legends we explore. What transpired to unravel their quiet suburban lives? Some call it evil, while some continue to search for explanations. You are invited to enter their homes, pull the covers and take a glimpse into their lives. Don’t just stand there. Come in and lock the doors, turn out the lights, grab a flashlight and immerse yourself in Tales of Suburban Horror.
