Plot Summary
Rosalia has spent her life in control.
At the Velvet Hour, she reads desire like a second language, anticipating needs, delivering pleasure, and never once allowing herself to want anything in return.
Damon is an incubus who refuses to feed.
Terrified of the hunger that lives inside him, he chooses restraint over indulgence, watching from the shadows while desire surrounds him.
