Book Review

The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on December 3, 2019

The work is a collection of short little scenes between the main character and various other characters which evolve towards them becoming sexually intertwined. There is a bit of world building, a little character hostly and a telling slice of character development as well.

The erotica has a little heat in it, but the writing, as it does with the work as a whole, leaves something to be desired really. It’s somewhere between adult movie in tempo and teasing need on the other.

The main character of the work, is very sexually active and while that alone does not make her a succubus, there’s bits of her having the powers of one from time to time, those they are a bit glossed over. It’s very much a tease, like the character herself, and it is a bit unclear but something to wonder about.

Two and a half out of five pitchforks.

The work really needs another editing pass and the author appears to be well aware of this. I would suggest they slow down in their writing, build the story more, give more depth to their characters as well. There is a story here, but it is a difficult read and with more care and time could be much better.
