Plot Summary

The cursed couple are getting closer and closer to, they hope, rescuing Desiree from the succubus within her. But the challenges never seem to stop and danger encountered means their lives are in jeopardy. Perhaps their love will find a way and if it can’t, the succubus will.
Continuing on from the prior work, Desiree and her husband enter the jungle in search of answers, but find themselves held and what follows is yet another orgy for Desiree and the succubus. It’s well over the top, the erotica doesn’t have a lot of heat overall. The scene goes on and on until, finally, there’s a turn in the story and it became suddenly a lot more interesting.
Desiree and the succubus within her have mainly been focused on sex and not a lot else. There’s been no real character development save for a glimpse here and there of the succubus’ personality. However, there’s a real turn in Desiree’s succubus nature which is triggered in a way that’s believable and makes sense.
There’s a good deal of overt mind control, her powers have consequences for others as well. Sonneting of a fusion happens within Desiree and I think that worked well. But it’s very short, it isn’t so much transformative as it is returning the series to actually having a clear succubus theme.
Honestly it’s about time that the series turned back towards the succubus theme and actually did so in a way that interested me. It’s fleeting, a little rote perhaps as well however. Still, while there are no horns or tail to be seen at least there was a clear supernatural power tone to things. Perhaps that will continue in the next work, we’ll see.

If nothing else, what happened gives me a little hope that there will be a focus on Desiree being a succubus. She might even gain horns and a tail. Perhaps there will be a reckoning within herself to decide if she or the succubus wins out. All of that seems a lot more interesting than just another lukewarm sex scene.
