Plot Summary

From banishing ghosts to detecting whether that guy dating your daughter is a vampire, Verity Sloane, Supernatural Private Investigator, is your girl. Don’t let the fact that she’s seventeen fool you. With the help of her poltergeist partner, she can handle any case. But when the succubus who stole her boyfriend hires Verity to uncover the party responsible for the sudden influx of supernatural beings, she finds herself in over her head.

Cole Diaz, the mysterious new guy in town offers help—turns out, he’s searching for his missing sister. Up against an ancient vampire and a powerful witch, Verity can’t refuse, despite Cole being the type of guy who can break her heart without breaking a sweat.

The stakes rise faster than the growing army of the undead, and Verity’s getting close. But when the organization threatens everyone she cares about, she’ll have to decide just how far she’s willing to go to solve the case.
