Book Review
The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on March 17, 2019
Victoria’s hunger is an ever present problem and this night she seeks something different. A couple catches her eye and it takes very little effect to tangle them in her web. The question is, however, what happens when she is no longer hungry?
The work is a very short, what I call a pamphlet, erotic hot flash with a bit of mind control and succubus temptation themes mixed in to bring the heat to a rolling boil. The characters are interesting, the scenes have quite a lot of heat and overall it’s a rather unique story.
Victoria, the succubus of the story, is quite a different sort of succubus, and when that truth comes out it’s very much a surprise. All of the hints are there of her being a succubus, but what she takes and what happens to Victoria herself, was quite a turn. The story cover does say this is an expansion story, and it very much is, but there’s still quite a lot of Victoria’s succubus nature in her powers otherwise nonetheless.
Two and a half pitchforks out of five.
Certainly a different sort of story, really quite unexpected from where things began and how they ended. It’s a shame that really next to nothing was explained about Victoria, that does interest me quite a lot. We’ll see what the next work in the series brings to light.
