Plot Summary
A new challenge awaits John in the wildlands to the north. John's need to explore, discover, and spread his Mistress' influence seems a perfect fit for the savage lands. The dangers he expects to face will be ones he and his friends can face head on. Or so he thinks.
The wilds aren't completely uncivilized. The hardy frontier folk that brave them and call them home seek to establish order and safety amongst the chaos. They're not the only ones with grand ambitions though. Their success has brought the attentions of those who would seek to take it from them. A threat unlike anything they've have ever faced.
It turns out that John's the right man for the job. He's tired of making sacrifices after the loss of a dear friend. He's going to take control of his life and he's going to save these villagers… or be consumed in flames and suffer eternal punishment should he fail.
