Plot Summary
Nicole Waters has escaped the clutches of Vine with the help of some divine intervention from one of Lucifer's brothers. The archangel, Gabriel, proves to be an unlikely ally in her quest, serving demons practically on the platter for her. But there are still those plotting against her, seeking the great devil's powers for their own. Even with the help of an angel at her side, Nicole's challenge still presents its share of difficulties.

Nichole lost one battle and finds herself at the mercy of an angel that has one thing on her mind. But their goals might be comparable, they might be able to come to terms. But as one makes a deal with the devil, other demons are making their own.
The story takes a bit of a pause overall with Nichole trying to deal with an angel that’s encountered her. It’s possibly the most interesting part of the series overall and it brings some understanding about what’s going on in the series. There’s also more clarity in what the angels want, especially one of them and what Nichole needs to do.
There’s still a lot of futa erotica which is as over the top as in the prior works in the series. It is limited to a point, it’s also a bit more revealing in why things are as a result. The interesting thing is that the sexual needs aren’t the point of this work overall, the plot matters more.
But the work is very short, there’s hints of things that happen which could have been expanded on to tell more of the story rather than a paragraph that summarizes what happened. It’s really two very short scenes which reflect two moments and then the work comes to a close. The way things are written, the work feels shorter than it is, which is a shame.
But there is that character development which was interesting, there’s a point this work was trying to make and to set up the series going forward, which it did to an extent. The work needs another edit to take the story and make it more than the sex, to give the plot more depth.
Three out of five pitchforks.
Th work turned a corner in this part of the series and began to explore the conflict more than it had been. More so, there’s a better feel to the characters and their desires, which made the plot flesh itself out more. While there is still a lot of over the top sex, it didn’t really overwhelm the story as it had in the past.
Sadly there was no following work in the series, the story came to an abrupt halt and nothing more has appeared. It’s a shame as seeing how things went from this point and what the eventual conclusion would be offered something to look forward to. Nichole’s fate might be guessed at, and I have ideas about that, but it seems we will never know.
