Plot Summary

Most were not aware of what crawled through the darkness, but Alicia didn’t have that blessing. When she was a child, something slaughtered her family, and she only escaped by what seemed to be luck, getting rescued by a family of hunters.

Suddenly, she had a new home, and knowledge of a world she had never known existed, and everything became far more complicated than before.

And then, when she turned seventeen, she lost her new family, only this time she could do something about it, and she hunted down the monsters that did it and put an end to them.

Over the years that followed, that was what filled her life. She hunted down the monsters that preyed on humanity, put an end to dozens of them. And then she got wind of one that might just be the most dangerous monster she had ever faced, and she prepared herself to face her. It wouldn’t be easy, however; succubae could be especially dangerous.
