Book Review
The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on April 3, 2018
When it’s not your fault that an incubus was summoned to Earth, things can turn very bad, very quickly. If that happens to mean that the incubus decides that he likes you, then things might become very, very bad indeed.
The work is a very short, what I call a pamphlet, erotic hot flash which is quite a lot of fun from the first page to the last. Both characters are fully realized, they both are developed delightfully and by the last page there is a transformation of both that turns what seemed to be the eventual climax into something quite amazing really.
The erotica is very much incubus focused with some lovely aspects of mind control, domination, body control and just so very hot entanglement. The story doesn’t take long to bring Azaeron and the main character together, she falling to him and in so many ways her hidden needs come out and are played upon to make the erotica’s heat blaze without becoming over the top or silly.
Azaeron, the incubus of the work, isn’t exactly evil, certainly isn’t stereotypical by any means either. He is frustrated, the main character is there before him and so his focus turns to her and all of the delights she can be brought to. His physical form is lovely, horns, tail and wings and all, and there is no question that he is an incubus and he does not hold back on enveloping the main character in his power and finding her more than attractive as well which is just fun to see.
Three and a half out of five pitchforks.
Just a lot of fun and the story was so very much amusing as well. How things end leaves the possibility of a follow on story which would be delightful. It also beings a thought that perhaps in the next work Azaeron might transform the main character into being a succubus. One of the things he said sort of makes that a possibility. A hot and fun read with a lot of promise I hope to see fulfilled.
