Plot Summary

Apparently, refusing to sell your soul to an incubus during an impromptu night of passion after you saved him from a summoning means he just gets to come back and ask you for it again. Except, this time, he’s brought a friend he wants to introduce... What’s a girl to do with two handsome demons eager for her immortal soul?

Book Review

The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on April 6, 2018

The entire thing had to be a dream, it wasn’t possible that the incubus Azaeron had appeared and as for what happened next, that just wasn’t possible. But then he returned, and he brought a friend to have fun with her again.

The work follows on a short time after the first and the main character finds herself being entangled with two incubi who are rather smitten with her. There’s a bit of an argument before they all become trapped in a wild orgy of passion which has lovely heat and I thought was just delightfully told.

Save for the first few pages the entire story is the main character falling to them, or at least seeming to, before she has her own way with them both. It’s a tiny bit on the edge of being adult movie heat at times, but overall it’s just really well done.

The incubi of the story, Azaeron and Xanthetimir, are very much incubi in form, powers, and their dominating personalities. While there is a little hint of evil here and there, they are more interested in the main character for a specific reason and the sexual needs take them over. It’s a bit of a shame that there was not a lot told about them, but their personalities tell quite a lot and that was really interesting.

Three and a half out of five pitchforks.

Just as well written and fun as the first book, the characters are delightful and the heat in the story is really well told. How the story ends offered a path towards another work to follow, but that never happened. It’s a shame really as the main character really feels so very much like a succubus on the edge of becoming and I wonder what that would have been like.
