Plot Summary
Ms. Ekhinos, a recently divorced and busty MILF, has finally achieved her dream. She's opened a boarding house for young women to live in. Little does she know, her sultry tenants won't quite be human. They'll be lesbian monster girls! When her first two guests show up, the shy Candy and the sultry Vixen, the hot MILF has no idea the dreams she's in for. When the busty succubus shows up in them, Ms. Ekhinos discovers what true passion is. But what will she do when she wakes up?
Book Review

Ms. Ekhinos has decided to change her life for the better. A new look, a new hope for herself and with that comes the hope she can provide a place of safety for other women. But what she doesn’t expect are a very shy woman and another very sexual young woman to be her first borders in her home. What happens from there is anyone’s guess and Vixen might be Ms. Ekhinos’ first surprise.
The focus of this work is mainly to set up the story, introduce Ms. Ekhinos, the main character and then draw in Candy and Vixen before the erotica slips into the story. There’s a lot of world building which tells quite a lot and doesn’t feel off or take one out of the story. Both Ms. Ekhinos’ story and Candy’s arrival are lovely tales which give a hint of them, but don’t tell of everything.
As for Vixen, it’s very clear she is the succubus of the series from the moment she appears. Her personality is very sexual and seductive, her description when she first appears brought me a delighted smile. I especially liked her dialogue, the simple surety in who she is and what she is. The conversations between her and the other characters at dinner just made me light as it was just perfect for a young succubus unashamed of who she is.
Vixen doesn’t appear to be evil, though she is completely naughty of course. The erotic scene between her and Ms. Ekhinos has lovely heat and some unexpected passion. I also liked that her true form is mainly her human form, but with a tail and wings. She’s a force of primal sexual nature and how that effects things going forwards I hope will be something that grows her as a character.
Written in the author’s usual style, the little teases, the innuendo and the heat when it was time work well. The characters and story have a lot of promise and room to grow as well. My main hope is that this doesn’t become just another harem story, instead turning towards the characters and telling a story that at the end gives them more than just being sexual in their nature.

There’s a lot of promise here to unfold through the series. How will Vixen’s being change others, what will happen to Candy as she is drawn into the forming collective living together. Most of all, what awaits Ms. Ekhinos as the main character and how will she change over time? There’s a lot to look forwards to and I hope this will be more a character driven story and a lot less random erotic scenes between the characters. We’ll see what comes next.
