Plot Summary
The naughty succubus has one hot plan to seduce a married MILF! Ms. Ekhinos's boarding house for lesbian monster girls is in trouble. A government inspection is threatening to shut the hot MILF down. Where will her naughty monster girls go? Worse, when she learns it's a plot for one man to get his monster girl wife back, Vixen hatches a plan. The wanton succubus will seduce the inspector's wife. In Mrs. Johnson's dreams, the sultry succubus will introduce her to lesbian passions and open her eyes to the sapphic delights of monster girls!

The threat to the monster girls and Ms. Ekhinos has become very clear. One of the girls is being targeted and now they all know who it is and why. But there’s nothing more dangerous than a succubus who’s family is threatened. One way or another Vixen will find a way to protect her family.
This work continues immediately from the prior one and soon the reasons for Ms. Ekhinos failing her inspection are revealed. This new plot in the series makes sense considering what happened before and though it things become interesting. While there is a lot of erotica, most of which involves Vixen, the succubus of the series, that’s not so important as the development of the story.
All of the monster girls and Ms. Ekhinos finally come together as a family focused on the problem facing them. Through their various powers they figure out what’s going on, who is responsible, and start on a plan to deal with the problem. For Vixen especially, there’s a good deal of character development, which is something I’ve wanted to see. Her personality shifts somewhat, becoming far more mature and dominant than she has been. As she is a succubus, and her physical age might not be her real age, it feels like a hint of her being far more than what’s been told.
For my particular focus, that change makes the erotica with her a bit different than before. She takes control of the situation, sets a plan and in time everyone agrees with her. Ms. Ekhinos is of course the main character of the series, but at this point Vixen has taken the reigns of dealing with those who, in her eyes, dare to mess with her family. It’s a change that I think works well and I did like the erotica more as it unfolded.
As such, this is very much a succubus focused story overall. It’s been some time since Vixen has been in control of the story threads in the series and she’s quite different from her usual self. I’d almost say she was showing hints of being a lot more mature than what she seems, possibly revealing that she might be a lot more powerful than what the story had revealed.

Seeing Vixen being in control and turning others to see her way out of the situation was a delight. Hopefully this will continue in the next work in the series and onwards. We’ll see what comes next as will Vixen I’m sure.
