Plot Summary
The sultry MILF has a hot romp with an unseen and busty ghost! Ms. Ekhinos is enjoying running a boarding house for lesbian monster girls! The naughty MILF thoroughly enjoys taking care of her sultry tenants. And she has a new one to take care of. A busty ghost is eager to make Ms. Ekhinos's acquaintance. Unseen, the naughty ghost can do wicked things to the hot MILF right in public. Much to Ms. Ekhinos's delight, she's going to have one hot time getting her hair styled!
Book Review

Ms. Ekhinos couldn’t be happier how things are turning out for her boarding house. There’s even just enough money for her to go to the salon and pamper herself. But along the way a new tenant makes herself known and Ms. Ekhinos will have a completely new experience having her hair done.
The series continues with a bit of a reflection by Ms. Ekhinos about what’s happened and it’s sort of a summarized infodump but not in a way that feels really forced. Once on her way to do something for herself, she encounters a new tenant, Thania, who is a ghost. What follows focuses on Thania, explores her story and mythos, before turning towards some really cute erotic scenes between her and Ms. Ekhinos.
The rest of the characters to this point in the series are mentioned in passing and really don’t appear. That said, Ms. Ekhinos’ reflections do tell of the monster girl hierarchy that is forming. It also makes it seemingly clear that Vixen is drawing others to the house to live together.
Vixen is mentioned in passing and doesn’t appear here, but her presence is felt on the edges of the story. It brings me back to wondering if there is some more to tell about Vixen, if she’s been plotting this for a while, or if it’s all sort of just happening. Still, this is not a succubus story, it’s very much a piece of ghost erotica that has some good heat, has a lot of character development and offers a unique story to tell.

While the new ghost character Thania is interesting, and there was a lot of background told about her and her kind, it seemed like things were rushed to get to the erotic scenes. As for Vixen, she really does’t appear except in passing. but that has to be expected with all of the characters needing their moments. The next work seems to be returning to Vixen and we’ll see where the series goes next.
