Plot Summary

An arrogant MILF monster girl shows up demanding to be serviced! Madam Aoi, a busty MILF kitsune, has shown up at the boarding house. The mature and gorgeous monster girl seems to think this is a resort that will cater to her and all her sapphic desires! But when she thrusts a thick wad of cash at Ms. Ekhinos, the MILF owner is more than happy to cooperate. But are all her monster girl tenants as eager to cater to the stuck-up rich kitsune? While some of them are enjoying pleasing the busty MILF monster girl others are hatching schemes. Vixen, the wanton succubus, has a wicked idea.

Book Review

Vixen has enjoyed every moment of her time since entering Ms. Ekhinos’ boarding house. But there’s a guy in the ointment, her name is Aoi and she’s a kitsune. Perhaps Vixen will have to teach her exactly who is in charge.

The work continues on immediately from the prior work where the new arrival introduces herself as Aoi, a kitsune MILF, and proceeds to threw her weight and money around to get what she wants. What follows is a number of the monster girls doing as Aoi demands and the sexual situations that come from that.

However, Vixen, the succubus of the series, finds herself being rubbed the wrong way and decides to put Aoi in her place. What follows is a drawn out scene in which Vixen uses her succubus abilities to create a situation and draw Aoi in, giving her no way to escape the naughtiness that Vixen creates.

It’s been some time since Vixen has been seen to use her seductiveness to ensnare others into her lust and do with them as she seems to want. It’s not quite mind control, it’s more Vixen being able to read the desires of others and use that to her advantage. As such, this work becomes centred on Vixen, there’s good heat in the erotica, and where things go from here will be interesting.

Even with the focus on Vixen, the new kitsune character Aoi is very much front and centre in the storytelling. There are succubus themes here, a bit more than there have been, but this is still very much a harem story.

Three out of five pitchforks.

It’s nice to have a somewhat Vixen-centric storyline return. The harem aspects of the series are very much in the forefront, but within that finding out more about Vixen I think needs to have more attention. It still feels like she’s manipulating events, and that’s an aspect of the story that isn’t being explored. Perhaps it will, perhaps the story will return to more entering the harem. The series still interests me, hopefully it will continue to do so.
