Plot Summary
Ms. Ekhinos's boarding house for lesbian monster girls is about to be inspected by the local government. Which means she can't let the inspector know that a bevy of hot monster girls live in her house. Fearing Madam Aoi, the arrogant kitsune MILF will expose them, Ms. Ekhinos needs her distracted.
