Plot Summary
The naughty MILF has a hot time with the dryad! Ms. Ekhinos's boarding house is prospering. The busty MILF just never thought it would be populated by lesbian monster girls. Her tenants are making things hot and wild for her. But when she has a prospective tenant over, she has to put a stop to the lezzie fun. For now. Ms. Ekhinos needs to make a good impression with Daisy. But she has no idea the secret the hottie has in store for the wanton MILF! Things are about to heat up for Ms. Ekhinos!

Things seem to be improving for Ms. Ekhinos’ boarding house, at least there’s no question that the tenants are getting along really well in all sorts of ways. But there is a new border arriving who might not feel welcome.
The work continues on immediately from the prior work, Ms. Ekhinos faces a challenge that causes strife with the monster girls, and things go a bit sideways for a time. Then the truth about the new tenant is revealed, which leads to an erotic scene between Ms. Ekhinos and Daisy, the new tenant that turns out to be a monster girl as well.
There are some small points at the beginning where a bit of character development comes into play, the monster girls react to the coming of the new arrival in their own ways. They don’t really remain in the story for long however, and how they each react is really telling about them.
Vixen, the succubus of the series, is a bit more forward, a bit more present in the work. Being how openly sexual she is, and her personality which still is a lot of fun. She’s a bit over the top at one point, continues to have her way with Ms. Ekhinos as well. At times there’s a feeling that she’s more of the main character than Ms. Ekhinos is, which seems odd of course. But that’s really a reflection of how in front of the story she is and how entwined she has become with everyone there.
Vixen is still floating about the story, and she’s a lot of fun when she perks up and shares her opinions. But with all of these new characters arriving and needing to have their moments in the story, the question becomes if she will remain as present as she has been. Again, this is a reverse harem story, so that will likely change, hopefully she won’t become part of the scenery.

Something of an interlude, a pause between the first part of the series and the next as a whole. Vixen still amuses me and I wonder where the story will take her. Hopefully that will lead to more being told about her character and perhaps she’ll become something more than just a very horny succubus.
